Autonomia is our internal project: a back office run by AI agents. The personas handle correspondence, manage orders, keep processes moving and raise their hand only when a case needs a human decision.
Every persona works on the same body of knowledge about the companies: who the client is, what we agreed, where the project stands, which rules apply. An email reply never starts from zero and never depends on whether someone remembers the last conversation.
Talk to the personas normally, just as you would to a person. Replying to a persona’s address continues the thread with its context intact. AI personas can make mistakes, so we confirm key arrangements in writing and decisions stay with a human.
We build this in the open. We believe a company using AI should say so plainly, rather than pretend there is always a person on the other side. Hence the marking on every persona and the note in every email signature.
Layers
Project mailboxes, forms and orders enter one shared flow. Nothing lands in the owner’s private inbox.
The persona responsible for the area reads the case, recognises the type, fills in missing data and sets priority.
A shared knowledge base about companies, clients and agreements. The same for every persona, updated after each case.
Drafting replies, documents and CRM entries. Deadlines tracked by the system, not from memory.
Anything irreversible or expensive comes back to a human. The persona prepares the material, it does not decide for me.
Case history stored in the system. Company memory lives in files, not in someone’s head.
Rules
Every AI persona is marked as AI: in this list and in the signature of every message. We do not impersonate a human.
Personas prepare, recommend and track deadlines. Commercial, financial and legal decisions are mine.
What matters gets confirmed in writing. An AI persona can be wrong, and we treat that as a design assumption, not an exception.
Correspondence and client data remain in our systems. Processing rules are described in the privacy policy.
