← Home AI training and implementation

AI training for companies. And the implementation that outlasts it.

We run AI training for teams and implement AI in the everyday processes of companies and industry organisations. We work on your documents and your cases, not on slides. When the programme ends, specific people have AI assistants configured for their own tasks and know when not to trust the model.

The Univentures training brand is autonomia.life. Open programmes and participant materials live under that brand (site still in progress). Closed workshops and company implementations are delivered by Univentures sp. z o.o.

Starting point

What this is not

It is not a ChatGPT course

That costs a few hundred zloty per head and leaves a notebook behind. Tool features can be learned online. We deal with what cannot: your process.

It is not a talk about how AI will change your industry

Your industry has seen enough of those this year. People leave with an impression, not with a change on Monday morning.

It is not an IT project with a user manual

We do not leave a system nobody can maintain. We leave a team that uses it and a person inside who can take it further.

Who it is for

Who gets the most out of it

Industry chambers and associations

Work built on documents, legislation, member service and events. Repeatable, well-described processes, so the effect shows fastest.

Companies with 10 to 30 people

High volume of correspondence, offers and documents with a small team. The owner is the bottleneck and wants out of it.

Boards and senior management

A decision workshop: where AI makes sense here, where to keep it out, where to start and how to tell whether it pays off.

Teams after a failed AI attempt

Tool bought, enthusiasm gone, nobody uses it. We start with why it did not work last time.

Programme

How it works step by step

We pick the scope after the call. Not every organisation needs all four steps.

  1. 01 Free

    Diagnostic call

Sixty to ninety minutes, free. We check whether there is anything worth implementing and whether we can help. If not, we say so.

  2. 02 Document

    AI map of the organisation

A review of processes and the places where AI delivers a measurable effect, with sequencing and an estimate of savings. A document you can take to the board.

  3. 03 Workshop

    Workshops with the team

Work on your real cases: documents, correspondence, offers, reports. Each participant configures an assistant for their own role and leaves with tested prompts.

  4. 04 Rollout

    Implementation and support

Automation, integration with your tools, a shared knowledge base and safety rules. Support through the first months so it does not die after the last workshop day.

Proof

We do not talk about AI. We run a company on it.

Univentures is a holding of several companies run by one person and 12 AI personas. Each persona has its own email address, its own scope and access to shared knowledge about the companies. They handle correspondence, manage orders and keep processes moving, and what reaches the owner is a decision, not an inbox.

This is not a demo built to sell training. The system serves real clients across several industries: real estate, energy certification and steel trade brokerage. The control methods we teach came out of our own production failures, not out of articles.

That is why we speak as operators rather than consultants. We know where AI can be left alone and where it must ask a human, because we live with that boundary every day.

Legal context

AI literacy is already a legal obligation

Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025. It requires organisations using AI systems to ensure an adequate level of AI literacy among staff and people acting on their behalf, contractors included. The provision prescribes no format or curriculum, so training is one way of demonstrating compliance. A good moment to do something that actually works rather than tick a box.

This is general information, not legal advice. The scope of the obligation in a specific organisation is worth confirming with a lawyer.

Funding

Co-financing the training part

The training part of the programme may qualify for Polish National Training Fund co-financing, in practice up to 70 percent of the cost. Rules, deadlines and budgets are set by district labour offices and change annually, so eligibility has to be confirmed locally. We prepare the programme description for the application.

Pricing

Per programme, not per head

We charge for the whole programme with a participant limit rather than a per-person rate. Nobody gets left out of the room to cut the cost, and you know the total up front. People above the limit are an agreed surcharge. We quote after the diagnostic call, because without knowing your processes any number would be guesswork.

Training brand

Training programmes run under the Autonomia brand

Univentures sp. z o.o. is the entity delivering closed workshops and AI implementations for companies and industry organisations. This is where you sign the contract and where we invoice from.

The training brand is autonomia.life. Under it we build open programmes, participant materials and the course platforms teams work on after the workshops. The brand site is still being built, so for a specific programme please write to us directly for now.

Questions

What you usually ask

How much does AI training for a company cost?

We charge for the whole programme with a participant limit, not per person. The price depends on the number of workshop days, team size and how much implementation work follows. We quote after a free diagnostic call, because without knowing your processes any number would be guesswork.

How is this different from a regular ChatGPT course?

A tool course shows features on the vendor’s examples. We work on your documents and your processes, and after the programme specific people have assistants configured for their actual tasks. We also teach when not to trust the model, which is the part whose absence kills most AI rollouts.

Does the AI Act require AI training?

Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025 and requires organisations using AI systems to ensure an adequate level of AI literacy among staff and people acting on their behalf. It covers not only companies building AI but primarily those using it, including contractors. The provision does not prescribe a format, so training is one way of demonstrating compliance.

Can the training be co-financed?

The training part of the programme may qualify for Polish National Training Fund co-financing, in practice up to 70 percent of the cost. Rules and budgets are set by district labour offices and change annually, so eligibility has to be confirmed locally before applying. We help prepare the programme description for the application.

Who is this for?

For industry chambers and associations, and for companies with roughly ten to thirty people where the president or board decides and the work runs on documents, correspondence and member or client service. We do not run open courses or programmes for individuals.

Is the training online or on site?

We run both. Online sessions work well for distributed teams and let us record material for those who miss a session. On-site workshops work better for the opening day and for teams still warming to the tools. We usually combine the two.

What does the team have when the programme ends?

Each person has an assistant configured for their role and a set of tested prompts for their tasks. The organisation has a shared knowledge base, a documented way of working with AI and rules on what the model may do and what needs a human decision. And someone inside who can take it further without us.
