What I built and how it works.

Three working businesses in three different industries, run by one person and a system of AI agents. For each I describe the business model in outline, the places where AI genuinely cuts the work, and the places where a human is indispensable.

These describe how we work, not commercial data. We do not disclose client names, terms of cooperation or financial figures.

SmartHalls

A broker for steel construction. An enquiry reaches the right contractor before anyone picks up the phone.

AI First contact. An enquiry from a form, email or calculator is read by a model: it recognises whether this is a job at all, what it concerns and what information is missing before it can be passed on.

Humans The sales conversation. Agreeing scope, timing and price is a negotiation, not a form. A human does that.

Live Energy certificates · B2C and B2B

Certyfikatomat

An energy certificate ordered like a product in a shop. The document is still signed by a licensed human.

AI Client correspondence. Questions about status, deadlines and scope come back in the same dozen or so variants. The model recognises the case and drafts a reply in the team’s voice.

Humans A licensed auditor. The certificate is signed by a person entered in the register, who takes responsibility for it. That cannot and must not be automated.

Buying the property nobody else wants. Over 300 closed transactions, mostly remote.

AI Initial valuation and case review. Before anyone drives out, you can estimate a price range and point out what is a legal risk in this property.

Humans The conversation with the seller. On the other side there is usually a divorce, an inheritance, a debt or a family conflict. That is a conversation where you listen first and calculate second.
